Abstract
Praseodymium in three valent state only (Pr3+) was discovered in PrBa2 Cu3O6+x with the oxygen content range 0.4 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.6. Out of this range Pr4+ state presents. It was s hown that in PrBa2Cu3O6+x (0.4 less than or equal to x less than or eq ual to 0.6) localization conductivity sigma(T)1/rho(T) with variable j ump length is connected with oxygen disorder only. Out of this range t he localization is much stronger, and this increase is due to Pr4+ pos ition disorder.
