Abstract
Temperature dependence of electroresistance rho(T) in normal state has been measured for electron superconductors Nd2-xCexCuO4-delta (x = 0. 12-0.20). Behavior of rho(T) is qualitatively explained by the magneti c scattering of carriers on antiferromagnetic spin correlations, which is responsible for the quadratic dependence of rho(T).
