Abstract
The temperature and the magnetic-field dependences of both the Hall re sistivity rho(xy) and the longitudinal resistivity rho(xx) in the mixe d state of c-axis oriented Hg0.9Tl0.1Ba2Ca2Cu3O8+delta superconducting films with T-c>124K have been measured. It is found that the Hall res istivity rho(xy) shows a sign anomaly and scales with the longitudinal resistivity rho(xx) as rho(xy)(T)=K rho(xx)(B)(T) with beta approxima te to 1.8 and a magnetic-field-independent coefficient K.
