Abstract
Ca doping into either the superconducting samples Nd1.85-xCe0.15CaxCuO y or the nonsuperconducting samples Nd2-xCaxCuOy, leads to a sharp pea k at about 200 K in their S(T) curves, and some structural anomaly is observed by variable-temperature x-ray diffraction al the correspondin g temperature.
