Abstract
T-c and thermoelectric power (TEP) of (Cu,C)-1223, (Cu,C)-1234 and Ba2 Ca2Cu3(CauCuv)O8+delta have been systematically studied under differen t annealing conditions. Although the optimal T-c's of three phases are very close, their dependencies with annealing conditions is very diff erent. Thermoelectric power and T, of Ba2Ca2Cu3(CauCuv)O8+delta and (C u,C)1234 follow the same trend as in other HTS compounds, while TEP of annealed (Cu,C)1223 shows unusual weak dependencies on both temperatu re and doping level, which could be due to conducting contribution fro m the charge reservoir.
