Abstract
Y1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7-delta single crystals with x = 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 were g rown by the flux method. We analyzed the reversible magnetization with the external field parallel to the c-axis and obtained the various th ermodynamic parameters using the Hao-Clem model. Comparing thermodynam ic parameters of pure YBa2Cu3O7-delta, we discussed the effect of Pr i on on the superconducting properties.
