Abstract
In addition to the incommensurate magnetic fluctuations already well-e stablished in La2-xSrxCuO4, we report inelastic neutron scattering exp eriments that provide clear evidence for a new set of low energy excit ations. This novel feature of the dynamical structure factor consists of a two-dimensional quasi-elastic antiferromagnetic signal that sets in at low temperature well below the superconducting critical temperat ure.
