Abstract
We report novel non-linear phenomena in the ab-plane microwave impedan ce of YBaCu2O7-delta single crystals. The R-s vs. H-rf data are well d escribed by the non-linear RSJ model : phi + sin phi = i(rf) cos omega t. The entire crystal behaves like a single Josephson junction. The e xtraordinary coherence of the data suggests an intrinsic mechanism.
