A quasiparticle spectrum of doped holes and their superconducting pair
ing in the CuO2 plane is studied within the t-t'-J model. Numerical so
lution of the Eliashberg equations proves d-wave pairing of spin polar
ons mediated by spin-fluctuation exchange, as well as a strong doping
dependence of quasiparticle bandwidth. A maximum T-c similar or equal
to 0.013t is observed at an optimal doping delta(opt) similar or equal
to 0.15-0.25 depending on t'.
