Abstract
Single crystals of PrBa2Cu3O7-y (Pr123) have been grown by the traveli ng-solvent floating-zone (TSFZ) and slow-cooling (SC) method. Both of grown crystals were identified to be single crystal of Pr123 by Laue X -ray measurement, X-ray powder diffraction and scanning electron micro scope-Xray energy dispersion spectrum (SEM-EDS). The oxygen annealed T SFZ crystal grown in a deoxidized atmosphere exhibits superconductivit y about 85 K.
