New superconducting cuprates of (M,C)(Sr,Ba)(2)Ca2Cu3O9 (M=Al and Ga)
family have been synthesized under high-pressure. We have found that p
artial substitution of Ba2+ for Sr2+ and/or that of C4+ for M3+ in MSr
2Ca2Cu3O9 (M=Al and Ga) are effective to improve homogeneity and to en
hance the Tc.
