Abstract
The average particle size of 40 - 100 nm was observed for ultrafine YB CO particles by TEM. From the analysis of nano-structures by high reso lution electron microscopy, characteristic periodic patterns are estim ated to be in [001]-image with calculated lattice parameters with a=3. 84 Angstrom and b=3.90 Angstrom.
