Abstract
The Bi2201 thin films have been fabricated by the ion beam sputtering method on the various thermal annealed and chemically etched MgO(100) substrates. The surface morphology before and Rn;er deposition are exa mined by AFM and RHEED. Although surface morphology of MgO(100) is sig nificantly improved, that of the Bi2201 thin film fabricated is deteri orated.
