Superlattice fabrication is demonstrated by using SrCuO2+x and SrCoO2.
5. Samples were prepared layer by layer with molecular beam epitaxy. T
he stacking of the each layer is investigated by x-ray diffraction. We
succeeded in changing the B-site cations by every layer. However, the
presence of two inequivalent cobalt oxide layers in SrCoO2.5 strongly
affects the structure of the superlattices.
