Abstract
Laser molecular beam epitaxy has been used to grow the artificial infi nite layer MCuO2 (M=Ba, Sr,Ca) structures and their superlattices. Ele ctron and X-ray diffraction measurements evidence the formation of the expected structures and the high quality of heteroepitaxy.
