Abstract
Ferroelectric and high-Tc superconductor integrated films, Pb(Zr,Ti)O- 3/YBa2Cu3O7 (PZT/YBCO) were synthesized by rf/dc magnetron sputtering method; ferroelectric state, polarization field effect and capacitance feature were investigated. The results are attractive for the applica tion based on interfacial properties.
