Abstract
Dynamical scattering effect on crystal structure determination of Bi-4 (Sr0.75L0.25)(8)Cu5Oy was studied. Theoretical electron diffraction in tensities (EDIs) was calculated for the accelerating voltage of 200 kV and 1000 kV with the change of crystal thickness. Comparisons were ma de between the potential maps computed with theoretical EDIs and those with experimental EDIs.
