Abstract
We prepared Hg-0.7Tl?(0.3)(2)Ba-2(Y0.8Ca0.2)Cu(2)O8-delta with a T-c o f 65 K at 5 GPa and 1050 degrees C and analyzed its structure by neutr on powder diffraction. Rietveld analysis showed highly disordered atom ic arrangements on double (Hg, Tl)O layers, the absence of oxygen vaca ncies, and an underdoped state of the CuO2 sheet.
