Abstract
We have investigated electronic states of (La1-xCaxO)Cu1-xNixS using C u-63 and La-139 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The relaxation proce ss of Cu-63 is confirmed to be quadrupole process for x=0, while the m agnetic process dominates in x=0.1 at low temperature (T). Cu-63 spin- lattice relaxation time T-1 in x=0.1 at low T roughly follows the Korr inga-like relation of T1T=similar to 50 (sK), suggesting that the syst em is in a metallic state.
