Abstract
A case of potentially lethal ingestion Of Tl2SO4 intoxication is prese nted. To eliminate thallium, forced diarrhea, forced diuresis and long -term hemodialysis was used. The elimination rates by forced diuresis and hemodialysis were similar. Expectedly, in the first 5 days the max imum of elimination was observed. It is concluded that hemodialysis co ntributes significantly to Tl+ elimination also when combined with for ced diuresis.
