Abstract
In this paper the authors consider the initial boundary value problem of the ferromagnetic spin chain equation and prove the existence of th e global attractor and finiteness of the Hausdorff and the fractal dim ensions of the attractor. (C) 1997 by B. G. Teubner Stuttgart-John Wil ey & Sons Ltd.
