Excess volume data for binary mixtures of tetralin + n-butylbenzene, t
etralin + sec-butylbenzene, and tetralin + tert-butylbenzene have been
measured as a function of composition at temperatures 298.15, 308.15,
and 318.15 K. The excess volumes are negative for these binary mixtur
es over the whole range of composition and increase in the sequence of
tetralin + sec-butylbenzene < tetralin + tert-butylbenzene < tetralin
+ n-butylbenzene.
