Abstract
Neovascularity in cardiac tumours is uncommon and fistula formation fr om such neovascularity is extremely rare. Fistula formation from neova scularity developing in a malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the heart is described in a 48-year-old man. The case illustrates that cardiac t umour is not only a cause of cardiac output obstruction but also of co ronary artery fistula.
