Abstract
A possibility for using tapered capillaries for measuring viscosity wa s experimentally and theoretically investigated. It was demonstrated t hat even the small conicity of capillaries may substantially affect me asurement results. Formulas were proposed, allowing for the correct an alysis of the measurement results in tapered capillaries.
