Abstract
MILLIMETER-WAVE technology is finding homes in applications far differ ent than its traditional roles In military missile-guidance and fuzing systems, Commercial communications links at 38 and 58 GHz, for exampl e, provide backplane foundations in cellular and data-transmission app lications, In support of this growing demand for millimeter-wave compo nents and assemblies, CERNEX, Inc, (Sunnyvale, CA), which recently mer ged with QuinStar Technology, Inc, (Torrance, CA), now offers a wide r ange of the latter company's millimeter-wave products, ranging from si mple waveguide transitions to complex subsystem assemblies.
