Abstract
Full-scale ozonation processes for drinking water production were char acterized with a conservative (sodium chloride) and two reactive trace rs (ozone, aqueous chlorine) to yield information about the hydraulics and the oxidation capacity with respect to organic micropollutants. I t has been shown by computer modelling that molecular kinetics can be directly transferred to full-scale reactors to predict the fate of org anic micropollutants.
