Abstract
R - R intervals and standard deviations of R - R intervals were measur ed in 21 patients with ischemic heart disease at maximal work load dur ing bicycle exercise test and after its termination. Undulating change s of magnitude of these parameters were found in some patients during postexercise rest. Presence or absence of these sinuous fluctuations a llowed to assess individual reaction to fulfilled exercise.
