Abstract
By experiments there are stated that oceanic and sea-water shallow iro n-manganese formations (IMF) are the natural ion-exchangers. Exchange ability of oceanic IMF is much higher than of the shallow ones, but re activities of exchange cations (Na, K, Ca, Mg) are practically equal i n both cases.
