Abstract
Four substituted bis(ethylenedithio)-tetrathiafulvalene (BEDT-TTF) der ivatives were synthesized, and their MS and NMR spectra are given. The redox properties of the compounds were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The powder conductivities of the charge-transfer complexes of the hyd roxyalkyl-substituted BEDT-TTF with TCNQ were measured by two-probe co ntacts. The results show that they are semiconductors.
