Abstract
The authors present a case of a boy newborn who had bladder pseudoexst rophy and multiple congenital anomalies. In addition to this unusual v ariant of the exstrophy-epispadias complex, the patient was found to h ave a posterior cleft palate, an omphalocele, and an imperforate anus. Copyright (C) 1997 by W.B.
