Abstract
A premature 740-g infant who had esophageal atresia and tracheoesophag eal fistula was treated with a primary anastomosis. The postoperative recovery was excellent, but the need for close cooperation with neonat al intensivists is essential for survival. Copyright (C) 1997 by W.B. Saunders Company.
