Abstract
Two-dimensional angular distribution patterns of photoemission are cal culated on the band picture for 1T-TaS2 for the normal incidence excit ation by linearly and circularly polarized Lights. The calculated resu lts for the linearly polarized lights with x and y polarization perpen dicular to the crystal c axis (z axis) can explain the experimental re sults of the linear dichroism obtained by the two-dimensional hemisphe rical mirror analyzer. The behavior of the calculated circular dichroi sm is discussed.
