Abstract
Gratiola pedunculata (Scrophulariaceae), an Australian species, is rec orded for the first time from the far north of New Zealand. A descript ion (based on New Zealand material) of the species is provided and the name lectotypified. The species is considered to be an addition to th e indigenous flora of New Zealand. The conservation status of the spec ies is discussed and a revised key to New Zealand species of Gratiola is presented.
