Abstract
We report the synthesis and radioligand binding analysis of a novel ch arged melatonin receptor ligand, ylammoniumethyleneoxy-7-methoxy)ethyl ]propionamide iodide. The charged ligand has potential in determining whether internalization of the melatonin receptor occurs following mel atonin exposure. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
