Abstract
The results of the analysis of the fluorescence excitation spectrum of trans-hexfluorobiacetyl published earlier are revised. New values of torsion frequencies and potential barriers of internal rotation of the CF3 group in the ground and excited states of the molecule are obtain ed. A procedure for calculating the probabilities of torsional vibroni c transitions of molecules is described.
