We investigate the transition form factors for the B-->Kl(+)l(-) (l =
mu, tau) decay in light cone QCD. It is found that the light cone and
three-point QCD sum rule analyses for some of the form factors for th
e decay B-->Kl(+)l(-) lead to absolutely different q(2) dependence. T
he invariant dilepton mass distributions for the B-->Kmu(+)mu(-) and
B-->Ktau(+)tau(-) decays and final lepton longitudinal polarization a
symmetry, which includes both short-and long-distance contributions, a
re also calculated.
