M. Raji et A. Cossebarbi, A CLASSIFICATION OF CONGRUITY-BASED CHIRALITY MEASURES ACCORDING TO 4CRITERIA, Comptes rendus de l'Academie des sciences. Serie II. Mecanique, physique, chimie, astronomie, 324(2), 1997, pp. 133-138
Congruity-based chirality measures are grouped into two classes accord
ing to whether the discrimination function between the chiral object a
nd the reference object takes a constraint into account (class 2) or n
ot (class 1). This notion of a constraint adds to the three criteria p
reviously proposed in the literature. Four chirality measures, two bel
onging to the first class and two to the second, are compared. It can
be inferred that only chirality scales of the same class can be correl
ated.
