Abstract
Vibration noise reduction has been achieved in non-contact magnetic im aging using magnetic force microscopy by feeding back the inverted noi se signal as an electrostatic force between the cantilever and the sam ple. This simple and low-cost method has been shown to be very effecti ve at improving the imaging performance. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A .
