Abstract
We argue against recent analyses of charge yields at different fragmen t multiplicities that didn't take into account the experimental filter . Such a simplification leads to a misleading signal of the nuclear Li quid-gas type phase transition at small excitation energy. The signifi cance of the caloric signal is discussed.
