The results are demonstrated of the numerical simulation of the Pearl-
Abrikosov fluxoid distribution in thin-film superconductors placed in
the perpendicular magnetic field. The destruction of the long-range or
der in the flux-lattice - the flux-lattice wrecking - is discovered to
occur due to the competition between the vortices attraction to the s
ample edges and the Meissner current action. Several metastable fluxoi
d structures containing fixed number of the vortices are shown.
