Abstract
Local magnetic measurements in Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4 delta crystals show a 'fishtail' anomaly in the magnetization curves together with anomalous relaxation behavior similar to that measured in YBa2Cu3O7-x crystals, suggesting a universal flux dynamics in the field range of the fishta il peak.
