Abstract
Series arrays of two Josephson junctions were fabricated by focused el ectron beam (FEB) irradiation on YBCO films. The arrays Show Single ju nction like behavior with the coherent oscillations of the Shapiro ste ps in a array up to 2.8 mV. Microwave-induced Shapiro steps correspond to the double voltages V-n'= 2nV(J) where V-J = f(o)h/2e in two-junct ion arrays. The microwave power dependence of I-V curves shows the coh erently oscillating Steps corresponding to the resistively shunted jun ction (RSJ) model.
