Abstract
In this paper a study of the boundary-layer Bow over a staggered distr ibution of cubes having a zero pressure gradient is made. The results presented are preliminary and aim to contribute to the understanding o f the Bow structure close to the roughness elements and the influence it has on the drag and heat transfer by forced convection. The effect of elevating the test cube above the others is studied.
