Abstract
We report a very rapid engraftment after reinfusion of bone marrow cel ls derived from 'G-CSF-primed bone marrow' in a small child. As the he mopoietic recovery was equal to that seen after PBSCT, we suggest that the use of 'mobilized bone marrow' is a goad alternative for PBSCT in children if contraindications to the collection of PBSCT are present.
