Abstract
A further operation is needed in a small number of patients who underg o antireflux surgery. This article describes various aspects of the fu rther surgery. These aspects include management of postoperative probl ems after antireflux surgery, principles and outcomes of redo surgery, and the use of laparoscopy in this procedure.
