Abstract
The important existing quantitative PCR techniques, including the clas
sification, description, evaluation and effect factors have been revie
wed. Emphases are put on the types and evaluation of quantitative inte
rnal standard substances as well as the theoretical consideration of P
CR quantitative process. The purpose is reasonably to establish our ow
n detection protocol for quantification of HCMV in clinical samples.
