Abstract
The CONVERTER support system has been developed for the PHYS-OPT datab ase to make it possible to control database files by transforming, in particular, the scale dimensions of electromagnetic wavelengths (cm(-1 ), eV, mu m) and by transforming arrays of the optical constants n and k into an array of permittivities epsilon' and epsilon ''.
