Abstract
This paper deals with obtaining cobalt films by means of the programme -controlled pulsed current electrolysis method. A method of depositing multilayered cobalt films composed of alternating layers of h.c.p. an d f.c.c. phases is suggested. An X-ray analysis of the cobalt films ph ase compositions has been carried out.
