METHODS FOR ESTIMATING THE ACCURACY OF ANALYSIS RESULTS

The types of systematic errors and methods for revealing and estimatin g these errors are considered on the basis of the published data. The advantages and limitations of the recommended methods for estimating t he accuracy of analysis results are demonstrated. The design of an exp eriment and methods Tar the statistical treatment of experimental resu lts that separate out the deterministic constant systematic error and deterministic random systematic error are proposed. Thr proposed metho ds are illustrated with two examples.
