Abstract
This Note is devoted to the derivation of an error estimate in ''h(1/2 )'' of the finite volume approximation of Friedrichs' systems. Our pro of makes no use of finite elements technics, and so applies to both ex plicit and implicit schemes. It is based on an error estimate valid fo r a large class of approximately solutions, for which the error is exp ressed in terms of Radon measures on R+ x R-d.
